I went to the Dominican Republic a few weeks ago to volunteer for an organization called Compassion International and this was one of the coolest moments of my entire trip. This community of young kids had never seen a tattoo in their life. It was amazing. It was just funny how a silly thing like a half-sleeve could break a language barrier.
